It would be nice if they cared about the small guy. I dropped my propane tanks off around 9am and at 9pm they still aren't filled. Im surprised no one else in the whole alden facility can fill smaller tanks. It wouldn't be an issue if i didn't live in an rv ***IAS was helpful in getting my propane tanks taken to another town to be filled. I did not know the mechanical issues when i wrote this review. I was just a little upset with the situation. Everyone there has seemed very friendly.
