RUN FOR THE HILLS! Do NOT give them a penny nor a minute of your time. Have been a loyal customer for many years but I'm absolutely flabbergasted by the lack of customer support and the arrogance displayed by the owner. The technicians have been to our home twice to replace sensors and they love to drag their feet since they charge by the hour - I don't see how it takes them 3 hours to replace 3 window sensors, one of them upset me when I noticed he was wasting time removing the glue left from the sensors he replaced until I... read more
