We are a Physiotherapy and Pilates Clinic dedicated to enabling people to lead happier and healthier lives. We do this through injury management, biomechanical and movement assessments and tailored exercise prescription. We will use evidence based treatment to get you back to life, sport and work as quickly as possible. Our physiotherapists use a very ‘hands on’ approach to your treatment. We will prescribe you a structured rehabilitation program to help you regain your strength, mobility and function.

The osteoporosis class on a Friday is fantastic, love the class. It is beneficial as a preventative measure and lots of fun.
I cannot recommend ‘Innovations’ Physio and Pilates practice highly enough. I have attended the Practice over a number of years during which they have delivered the highest quality care.
