I was initially skeptical when I found this company but their customer service was thorough and responsive so I decided to take a chance. I bought their aluminum ramp and having used it for over a month now, I can say I am pleased with the purchase. It was easy to install, the quality and craftsmanship are excellent, and (as a bonus) it's made in the US! Bought Ramps from this place and the office manager was just awful to deal with, she was very short and no help what so ever. Called three times and talked to her and same thing, no help. I tried to save there Company more shipping costs and it was like not her problem is the feeling she gave me. AJ was a gentleman and so was Adrian even though there were some hiccups in the delivery process that could have been and most likely on the UPS end.
