Kelly is slammed, so if she doesn't respond it is because she simply can't. Her prices stay low because she doesn't have a receptionist or any other overhead. She stays booked, so it is hard to get in as a new client unless you can book way ahead. I love her cuts, color and even her styling is on point! Very sweet and professional.
