Rachel always does a wonderful job. She has been cutting my hair for a very long time.

Kristoria does my hair, and she makes an old crone look good.
I had an appointment with Kristoria. I show up 10 minutes early. She isn't there. I wait about 20 minutes and she never shows up, The other worker called her but no answer. I texted her, no answer. I left! It has been 4 days now. Still never heard back from her! So I am assuming they really dont care about customers. I went elsewhere and they took me right in and gave them a big tip!
