Great salon, terrific service, very professional. I could not ask for a better stylist than Jen!
Jen Charest is simply the best. I have long difficult hair and she always takes enough time to do it properly. She is an expert and true professional.
I've known Jen since elementary school and if you want a professional who is not only amazing at their job but also just a fun and happy person to be around then Jen is your girl!! She will take the time to make sure that you leave looking GORGEOUS and you'll have fun the entire time you are there. These ladies keep you entertained and its a blast!! I HIGHLY recommend Jen but if she is full then any of these others ladies are great too!

I had been searching for a salon near Portland, and after paying WAY too much at high-priced salons in the Old Port, I found Innovations - more specifically - Jenn Charest! Jenn is a-m-a-z-i-n-g. She listens to what you want, helps you make the best decision for your hair type, and executes the cut, color, and style flawlessly. Plus she is super fun to interact with during the appointment.
