Dean went above and beyond to provide a top-quality product for our trail signs using the most durable tree species (ironwood) for outdoor use. When the epoxy (to color the routed letters) we ordered didn't arrive in time, he went and found a replacement locally. When the color of that epoxy didn't give the letters enough of a contrast with the stained wood, he found a color that did.
