If you want a sub par job at twice the quoted price get Harry to do your work. Had to get the original quoted contractor back to fix the work that I had paid Harry to do as it was not done properly so had to pay twice for the same job. Then he sent us an invoice for extra works months later and I said we won’t be paying that for the above reasons, then the expletives and name calling came out. Hi there, it was bought to my attention by a someone that there were negative reviews on this. I don't take too much attention or rely on these reviews because there's always someone who will write rubbish out of revenge. The three dodgy reviews on here have a story to them. The David Haigh character was a tiler who was recommended by a friend of a friend of the client I was doing the job for. He did very poor quality work and never finished it properly. *1/5 Stars - Disappointing Experience with Harry from Innovation Pools* I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service I received from Harry at Innovation Pools. The workmanship on my pool project was subpar, with multiple issues that required rework. Unfortunately, the problems with the project were compounded by Harry's unacceptable behavior.
