*1/5 Stars - Disappointing Experience with Harry from Innovation Pools* I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service I received from Harry at Innovation Pools. The workmanship on my pool project was subpar, with multiple issues that required rework. Unfortunately, the problems with the project were compounded by Harry's unacceptable behavior. Whilst the relationship to create the build was positive, all that followed was a disappointment. A gentleman's agreement was certainly not seen, witnessed or experienced during my engagement. After thorough communication, back and forth I didn't feel heard or understood in the vision of what I looked for. We've been left with a result that is both sad and again disappointing. Would not recommend.

Very unprofessional pool building company. Harry does not pay his tradesman the rates that he agreed upon before commencing work especially when they are fixing up substandard work from other trades. He also also completely non-negotiable with his clients by over powering them into accepting what he wants and not what they would like. Do not work for or engage Innovation pools for future works.
