I had an unbelievable and highly unprofessional experience with this owner. He came to my home last May to take partial measurements, but left saying he was short on time and would return the following Tuesday. He never showed up. I called and texted multiple times with zero response. Recently, my husband called from a different number to book an appointment for Sunday at 14:00.
