Part 1 carpentry work completed. Repair of exterior staircases and deck. Professional, courteous and efficient. Painting to be scheduled. The repairs are spot on and exceeded expectations.
We had a great experience with Innovation Painting & Remodeling. They replaced wood rot areas on our house and painted the entire exterior, including our back deck. They identified several areas of hidden wood rot that saved us a lot of money in the long run had we hired somebody not as thorough. Very professional job. Could not be more pleased. Ray led his team to the end and did a fantastic job. He even came to the house alone on Saturday and got the project to be ready for the final day on Monday
We have been looking for a reliable contractor to do a number of projects and have had some terrible luck. I am very hopeful after the job done by the painting crew that we have found someone to work with. Scheduling was a bit tricky as we were painting interior during the exterior season but they made it work and found a slot for us. The outstanding level of professionalism, proficiency, and customer service that the carpenters displayed is very rare today. They replaced 3 windows within 48 hours, left my house cleaner than it was before they started, and were very pleasant to deal with.
