The office staff was very friendly and efficient. My entire family needed appointments and we were able to be seen within a week. Dr. Simon spent time with each family member, listening to our concerns and thouroughly answering all of our questions. He was very informative and treated us with genuine care. Absolutely awful. Took them many months and several visits to figure out how to make a shoe insert for my son. Charged us for every appointment even though it was their error (how they’re not aware that a 3 inch insert won’t fit in a shoe comfortably is beyond me). After charging me upfront over $390, they continue to bill me through various billing companies (apparently they’ve gone through many) and their bills don’t reflect what they collect in their office, this trying to double charge me.
