We contracted this company to build a house for us in westport. Two years after groundbreaking, it is maybe 80% done. They have taken $466,000 from us in the process, but left subcontractors unpaid, leaving us to deal with lien notices. Worked with Nevin for a while on a new home build. After taking his initial fee, he disappeared, never to be heard from again.
I recently worked for them and they withheld my last two weeks because of pooor book keeping. Tried saying I owed money after I quit after a year. Didn't bother mentioning it or anything until the day I quit and kept my money. Wouldn't trust them or work for them.

Very possibly the worst Contractor in the NW! The level of deceit and incompetence I experienced while working for them for two weeks is unprecedented. There is no place in WA for such a terrible business. Potential customers should go anywhere else!
