I love that I can do almost everything I need online with Innovation and that they are there in-person when I do need them. I switched to their no fee account because I was tired of the banking making me pay them so that they could lend my money to others. Also, I like the idea of credit unions being member owned so that profits go back to the members and our communities, not like banks where they go to shareholders.
I ordered USD currency and received it within a day! When speaking with Jas & Olu, they originally mentioned 5-7 days so the next day is impressive. Quick delivery and great service.
