Mark responded to a Saturday call to investigate an electrical problem in our home. Unable to fully diagnose the issue, he came back the next day in daylight to more fully investigate. Our line coming into our house was worn and exposed which necessitated shutting down the power. Due to the urgency, he rearranged his schedule on Monday to put in a new service, including an upgrade from 100a to 200a. He moved mountains to wrangle all parties to get the job done. We had a tree come down on our power line. Talked to Mark at 4:30 in the evening and he was at the house before 5 pm. The line and weather head was fixed first thing in the morning. Incredible service.

Mark and his two sons were beyond great! They helped wire a stair case that we really needed fixed. It wasn't on the schedule for that day, but they stayed and did it. They did excellent work on everything we needed done. We are so glad we found them! Charles and Dawn
