Overall, I was happy with my first time at Innovation Dermatology. The one downfall is that they gave me expired products to use on my skin, which my skin did not like. The products expired in 2024 and early 2025 I forgot one spot to get checked, but that’s on me for forgetting about it. I reached out to the clinic by email as my phone is getting repaired, but they have yet to comment on this issue to have it resolved.
Been waiting almost 2 hours to see the doctor.
What an amazing Doctor! Extremely caring and very compassionate! It's hard to see him as he is busy! My only wish is that he would give people with disabilities and low income that are struggling discounts for other services that could help me and my skin care! I also feel that the $50.00 nonrefundable depots is wrong! I had never been charged this fee before in the 7 years I've seen Dr Day! Amazing service, the staffs are very professional, friendly and warm. Dr. Day is one cool Doc too!
