Company as a whole just seemed so inconvenient. If I try deposit checks online, they get held on me, & when I try deposit them physically in an ATM they still get held on me. Super inconvenient when I am working on a weekend or away at a meeting & need my money at key times such as these. Then when you call customer support you get no help, because they say they "can't do anything until the next business day" anyway. So what the hell is the customer service for on weekends? Was able to get an appointment same day to have a new card issued after opening a new account online. Everyone has been so kind and friendly. So glad I switched from CIBC. ☺️
