Scott and his team tore out the old subfloor in our laundry room and replaced it with a new subfloor. This included ripping out roughly 6'x6' concrete slab that was poured over the floor joists. His team was in and out in about 6 hours total. A cost estimate could not be provided due to the unknown of what would be required to do the job. The final bill was fair and and well worth the money spent and time saved versus doing it myself.
The job isn’t finished yet but boyyy Scott has everything under control and he walked into a complete disaster. I can’t rave enough and I am soooo grateful. I’m so pleased with how things are going so far
Scott and the Innovation team installed new flooring throughout our home and also helped us remodel our kitchen. Both projects turned out beautifully and we couldn’t be happier. The kitchen products, from the cabinets (Amish built, solid wood) to the counter tops are great quality and Scott was very knowledgeable about guiding us towards products that best suited our needs. The Installation process was smooth and they finished everything on schedule. Couldn’t be happier.
Innovation construction did an amazing job on our new patio addition!! They are very professional and a great company to work with!
Innovations has handled several projects for me. (Structual improvements to our pole barn, new doors, windows, roofing issue, new gutters and demolition, planning new garage next). Easy to work with, very professional and knowledgeable. We have some complex old house issues and he takes the time to be sure our project's are not going to cause extra problems or unnecessary cost.
