I’ve used this company for 2 remodels. We visited their show room three times to explain the cabinets/ pull out trash can we want. They got it wrong all three times. They’re a cash only business that only works with contractors that has an account with them. They have cost me over $3000.00 to fix their mistakes. Once the cabinets are assembled you have no recourse for a refund. Their sales rep Alex doesn’t return calls and has a very passive aggressive attitude. Do not use this company.

I've been dealing with innovation for 10 plus years, my sales rep Richard Klemme. Hands down one of the best sales rep I've have ever dealt with!!! Always on top of things, always a positive attitude, very talented at what he does. He always goes above and beyond to make sure im taken care of. THANK YOU RICHARD KLEMME .
