Innovations built my Home in 2016. If you are counting on a response regarding on a 10 year Warranty issue, DON'T. I've been attempting by email, fax, calls and certified letter to get in touch with Innovation since August 2024 with NO response. They have also blocked my email address. Extremely disappointing Innovation is choosing to not even show me the courtesy of a phone call to discuss. I do NOT recommend this Company.

My house was built by these people. It is still under warranty. We have roof sagging issue that is visible from outside, and from the multiple inspection that we did, there is in original construct error. This should have occurred because of the negligence in construction or the inexperience constructor. I have been trying to reach them for last three weeks with no response.
