Great beer. Very friendly staff. Great outdoor seating
Innovation may be my favorite brewery in NC. Not for nothing Sylva is a lovely town. Never had a beer at innovation that was less than good. Most are great. They had a strawberry blonde ale recently that was like ebullient summer joy & goodness in a glass. The space itself looks great, and the bathroom is actually quite nice. The staff is always top of the top shelf.
We loved our stop at this brewery - the porter was a perfect partner for the Meatballs pizza on the outside deck.
We were in town from Florida and come across this amazing brewery. We loved the blonde and the strawberry beer. We also tried the cherry seltzers, which was delicious! Sitting out by the water was nice and we met so many nice people. We went 3 times in the 5 days we were there and will definitely be back. There is a food truck with the most amazing burgers there and Meatballs for incredible pizza. Yes, we tried it all and can’t stop talking about it!
This place has great beers and cider!
