Once again, William came to my rescue! My third row seat in my Odyssey van would not collapse thus preventing me from loading my fishing cart to go surf fishing! Needless to say, it was an urgent problem that needed to be dealt with promptly! I called William who said to bring it to him. He repaired the release cables and I was back on the beach the next day and caught a nice stingray! The repair charge was more than reasonable but the service was priceless! Thank you, William.

After dealing with an individual for over 5 months who promised to do repairs on our van after we hit a deer but never followed through, we took it to William at Innovation Auto. He assessed what needed to be done, gave us a quote on the cost of repairs and exactly when we could expect the work to be completed. Took our new 2025 car, that sadly had rock damage from rocks that kids were throwing, to William at Innovation. Called and talked with him for a long time discussing the situation and his solutions and made the right choice to go with him. Not only was he very thorough and explained the process well, he did amazing work! Would definitely recommend him ! His work is very detailed oriented and takes his time making sure things are done right! If I could give him more than 5 stars I would!
