Back in 2021, they changed out a worn clutch master on a Toyota Tacoma, replace a valve cover gasket, and the regular maintenance like an oil changes. They never tightened the linkage bolt on the clutch master, so the part failed. Told me they would only replace with with another NAPA part. I then bought the genuine Toyota part and brought it to them for the second replacement, and they decided charged me the labour again, because they would only warrantee the labour if replaced again with a NAPA part, even though it was the... read more
