I recently had Ed come out to diagnose a fault with my Mazda CX-9, and I couldn't be happier with the service. From the moment he arrived, he was courteous, professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. He quickly identified and fixed the initial issue, but when another fault appeared afterwards, Ed was more than happy to help. He suggested a few additional troubleshooting steps, and when those didn't resolve the problem, he came back out without hesitation and at no extra cost. Dealing with tradies has never been a pleasant experience - Innovation AutoElectrical changed this for me. Ed was a great bloke, easy to talk to (he helped me understand what was going on and what the ‘plan’ was, instead of just expecting me to know), and arrived when he said he would. Easiest 5 stars I’ve ever given 👍
Ed was absolutely fantastic, arrived right on time , very professional and knowledgeable. They were able to fit me in within a short time frame and responded to my enquiry first thing the next business day. Fixed the problem really quickly and and explained everything to me so it was easy for me to understand. Highly recommend.
