I had Edward from invocation auto electrical complete a job installing an aftermarket cruise control system on my hi-ace van. The process from the initial call to the job being completed was very smooth. He went out of his way to call to give me advice about the remaining electrical required in my camper van build also, which was very insightful and helpful. The mobile service he provides is extremely convenient as the job was completed ant my house and I would have no hesitation recommending Edward / Innovation auto elec... read more

I received a quote. The final price was printed in thick black ink at the bottom of the quote. I accepted the quote based on this. They adjusted the quote twice and added an exorbitant amount for travel to my location, even though they said that they were around the corner. They use unethical hidden tactics and small print to catch you out. Even when I voiced my concerns, Ed couldn't give a damn about the customer. Another unethical business. Use somebody else. Don't get caught like I did
I have been using ed and his team for the last three years and will continue to do so , they are great at what they do and very knowledgeable
I highly recommend Innovation Auto Electrical. Amazing customer service and highly knowledgable. I am especially grateful for Ed
