Kevin and Scott were great they called a couple times tried to keep me in the loop. I definitely called more . Car was there a week longer than originally planned costing me extra money on my rental but overall they were good to work with
I can not say enough good things about how well this repair shop is. Not only did they keep me up to date on the progress of what was done in each step, they genuinely wanted to ensure I was happy with their work. an extra shout out to Jeannie, who not only kept me in the loop but also went above and beyond to get my car to me on Friday by staying at the shop 2 hours after closing while Art also did extra duty by waiting for my car to complete the ADAS from their Woodburn location. Took 5 returns and a call from insurance company to get it right, felt like they were trying to give me a half ass fixed truck with the tailgate not working correctly. Would not use them again.
