I landed on this shop on accident. I originally chose another shop in the same neighborhood, but they seemed unfamiliar with the insurance process so I pivoted to Innovation Auto body. As soon as I called Innovation all my worries vanished. Kevin answered the phone walked me through the entire process, and even gave me an accurate timeline of how long my car would be in the shop. Kevin was easy to work with as he walked us through the repair process. Quality of work was excellent and delivery back to us was as promised. This is a new car and I was worried about how it would look after the repairs. Can't tell that is has been damaged. Thank you.
This is our third time coming to this autobody shop, these guys are awesome and do great work. Scott and Kevin did a great job, super professional, went above and beyond and helped us with lots of questions and even details that we’re not a part of the job. They were so nice and personable.
