My bumper had gotten slightly pulled from body of my car under the headlight. They did the repair free. Such nice men. Recommend to anyone who needs body work.
had my car for 6 weeks and were terrible at communicating when it was going to be done and where they were at in the process. Never communicated it was going to be longer than the estimated date and I had to keep calling for information which they got annoyed and short with me over the phone. My car was finished 3 weeks after the estimated due date they gave after un-assembling my car door. Gave me three different estimated dates or it being done after that all which were wrong.
World Class Service! As a college student I am super busy and the responsiveness, and advocacy that this shop has to push out my car in even better condition than it was prior to being in an accident was truly amazing! I got to meet face to face with the owners and them themselves are compassionate and patient throughout every single question I asked! They got me set up with a rental car, to get back on the road while the repairs were happening and truly I will come again if I ever get in another pickle.
I scraped my bumper on a painted concrete post. I was prepared to pay to have the whole bumper painted but they just removed the paint from the post with paint thinner, no charge! With some touch up on a couple of small spots it'll be nearly good as new. They saved me around $1500. Thanks guys. I'll be back if I need work in the future.
