This is the best experience I have ever had. Jeannie goes above and beyond. She really cares and takes care of you. My car was there for about 2 weeks and she was extremely informative and helpful through everything. My car looks fantastic and they did an absolutely amazing job. The team there knows that they are doing and take pride in the work and customers. If I ever need more repairs I will be coming back here. I know my car is taken care of and the quality of work is also amazing.

I can not say enough good things about how well this repair shop is. Not only did they keep me up to date on the progress of what was done in each step, they genuinely wanted to ensure I was happy with their work. an extra shout out to Jeannie, who not only kept me in the loop but also went above and beyond to get my car to me on Friday by staying at the shop 2 hours after closing while Art also did extra duty by waiting for my car to complete the ADAS from their Woodburn location. I had an amazing experience at innovation auto body. My car was hit in an accident and they took care of me. They communicated with me the whole time. After they repaired my car, they cleaned it really good. I highly recommend them to fix your car if you ever get in an accident.
