I can not say enough good things about how well this repair shop is. Not only did they keep me up to date on the progress of what was done in each step, they genuinely wanted to ensure I was happy with their work. an extra shout out to Jeannie, who not only kept me in the loop but also went above and beyond to get my car to me on Friday by staying at the shop 2 hours after closing while Art also did extra duty by waiting for my car to complete the ADAS from their Woodburn location. I had an amazing experience at innovation auto body. My car was hit in an accident and they took care of me. They communicated with me the whole time. After they repaired my car, they cleaned it really good. I highly recommend them to fix your car if you ever get in an accident.
LET DOWN! I had full faith in Jeannie, the manager at Innovation Auto in Sherwood. I got in a fender bender and unfortunately insurance totaled my car. Jeannie told me in person, over the phone, and over email that she would not release my car without me giving the go ahead (duh?) and yet while I was on vacation (expecting to come home to my car in one day), I called to check in and was told my car was released and driven to an auction shop!
