Jim and his team were fantastic! Next day quote, quick and clear communication, fast turnaround time, they arrived on time, were polite, and did quality work. What really stood out was how patient and kind Jim was, and how he went above and beyond to answer my many questions. I have a severe mould allergy, and without prompting Jim paused his work and took the time to show me parts inside of the unit and explain how to keep a split system clean and as mould-free as possible.
