Tyler was great at first. I paid almost $1000 for polymeric sand to be applied to the pavers in front & back of my house. He said the pavers would be power washed prior to the application. Nope, sand was swept directly into them -along with leaves, dirt, dried flowers, etc. Afterwards, the whole area was swept once to clear the sand off the top of the pavers before wetting. Tyler and his crew were great throughout the project! Great ideas, great communication, great work, etc. updating our huge yard! However, after the job was done and we had some issues…crickets. Finally got a response and plans to come by and address the issues, only to be blown off and ignored. Disappointing and surprising 😔
Tyler was simply incredible. My only super power is knowing when a person is honest & trustworthy. I knew the minute he introduced himself… & I wasn’t wrong. I knew I was going to hire him before we even walked my property. (Don’t tell him that.) He was patient & kind with me. The sculptors of yard makeovers! I was pleased with Innovated Landscaping and highly recommend them! Efficient and well planned execution with timed sprinklers installed. We were happy to keep most of our grass yard without burying it in rocks! Now we sit out on the porch drinking ice cold lemonade and admiring the yard while others admire us!
