Nicole Stamm and the entire innovate team are some of the best I have ever worked with! I have ran long distance for years now and struggled with IT band syndrome for awhile. I really thought it would be a long recovery, but it was significantly shortened and I was given the tools to continue strength training and prevent it from coming back in the future!
I am so grateful for the therapists I have worked with. They have given me wonderful care and encouragement. They are very knowledgeable, professional and friendly and I couldn’t have achieved my recovery without them. Innovate physical therapy has come to my rescue twice! I suffered a sciatic attack and plantar fasciitis and both times Jenn was diligent and led me to a wonderful recovery Highly recommend
