My experience at Innovate Physical Therapy in Bellevue has been amazing. I worked with Jen and Niclole. I've had chronic neck pain for many years. I've been through countless rounds of physical therapy for it. Innovate is the first place that offered dry needling and e-stem ultrasound along with exercises to strengthen my neck/back and improve my posture. This was my first time using Innovate Physical Therapy. I was impressed with the professional of the staff and the cleanliness of the facility. They also are very comprehensive with the services they offer, including drying needling. I worked with Jen, one of the PTs. She would work with me during the entirety of each appointment; designed a PT program that fit my needs and always took the time to listen and adjust if needed.
My pt visits were exceptional. Sarah and Loretta were the main therapists that I saw. They made me feel cared for and not just another person who needed help. They were wonderful and so was the scheduler as I had to have a few changes made to my schedule. There was never any hesitation for her to reschedule my pt appt. If I ever have to have physical therapy again I will choose Innovate.

Highly recommend Innovate Physical Therapy. I went through 8-12 sessions with them for my shoulder after 11 months the of problems with it and got like 98% range of motion back and the ability to do everything I want to without any pain. All the lady’s were super nice even first thing in the morning
