The staff is very polite and very helpful. The front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming. I worked with Jennifer for pelvic floor therapy and for my knee ad well. She helped me achieve my goals and was very attentive to what I said. She is very helpful, caring and professional. She was so great to work with! With her guidance I was able to achieve my goals and get better! I would recommend innovate therapy to anyone! Such a friendly and helpful place!
Staff is very knowledgeable, polite, easy to get along with. They know what there doing. Always has a smile for whom ever shows up. There efficient even when there are more than 4-6 patients waiting. Never late if that might happen patients are told. Would recommend this to everyone I know. Thank you for helping me.
I went for roughly 2 months for a shoulder injury. They did great work, and managed to work with my schedule. Staff were excellent, and worked well with my progression. Clean facility, well running machines and equipment. Pray I don't need to return lest im injured again, but should i become injured, i would definitely return.
Innovate has some of the best therapists around! They are kind, efficient and knowledgeable. In the 6 weeks I was being treated, everyone ended up feeling like a friend. Nicole, Jenifer, Abby and Connor were all the best to work with - I would come here for fun if I could!
