Got a referral here for lower and upper back pain. Staff members were really nice, professional and the areas were clean. Jenifer was really helpful, I’ve been to different PT before and I actually learned something different this time to help my back pain. She was really attentive and after every session I can tell there has been improvements with strengthening my muscles to help ease the back pain I have. I recently completed therapy at Innovate Physical Therapy. Years ago, I had therapy before the same condition at another place in Omaha. Unfortunately, I didn't feel treated like a person. I felt like just another "number". At Innovate, I felt as if my physical therapist Jennifer really listened to me. She really understood. She addressed my concerns and encouraged me. I was able to meet the goal set early. Jennifer was absolutely wonderful! I highly recommend this place.
Everyone that works here is very friendly and helpful. The time that I spent there made me stronger. Thankyou to all of you especially Loretta and Nicole.
