I've had physical therapy both pre and post surgeries over the past ten years. This is the first time I felt like it was worth my time. Everyone there was so kind and fun to be around.
I had 2 inflamed & worn hamstrings. I was greeted with a smile at the reception desk. I had explained to me the process, was given the 1st month's schedule printed out. Nicole, Jen, Loretta & Anna were my PT therapists. They were kind, listened, patient and educated and explained the how and why regarding not only current exercises to help me but educated me and encouraged me to so self care and exercises after my 12 weeks. Loretta and Nicole were very helpful, patient, friendly and supportive. Everyone at Innovate is very kind. My pain and leg issues are very much under control.
