I cannot speak highly enough about Wilfred Lax and his pain management program Innovate. In 2020 I damaged the soft tissue surrounding my coccyx, yet despite multiple scans showing no evidence of sustained damage I was unable to sit comfortably for more that 10-15 minutes.
