Very attentive and helpful go out of the way to provide info of what you need to do
As an age pensioner I was able to access bulk billing; my female doctor, Dr Malathy Sivaraj was easy to communicate with and all my medical concerns were promptly addressed and I felt very comfortable with her. Reception staff were also friendly and helpful, making the booking process easy. There are useful procedural services on site, too, as well as available vaccinations. I’m very glad to have registered with the clinic and my fiancé has also registered as a patient as well.
I was a new patient and they saw me without any hassle and without an appointment. Wait time was minimal and medicare rebate was applied during final transaction. Overall, a very positive and friendly experience.
