I think the service is great and my doctor is wonderful🙂
I presented with pneumonia and was treated poorly with no compassion from Dr Jayashree Mangipudi I asked to be bulk billed under CTG as I am unemployed and identify as aboriginal and was spoken to disrespectfuly and had my prescription withheld, this is a business not a medical center
I’ve spoken to the clinic now a couple of times they have each time been super helpful compassionate show a lot of empathy. They take the time to speak an listen to you The receptionist Ruby goes above and beyond beyond as well Thanks
At Albury they allow patients to make appoints for a certain time but don’t actually see the patients until and hour later. Bad service and rude front desk staff. Does not make sense.
