First time massage here at Innovate Health and I was feeling great. I'm surprised one of their RMT Nancy she the best when you said what part of your body most painful she will focus on that. highly recommended parking is free you can find a lot .💯🫡
An excellent business….the owner and all of the staff are very friendly and welcoming. The receptionist, Maria is so helpful and efficient. My massage therapist Vivian and my acupuncturist Emily are both very skilled and professional. Vivian works on my neck, shoulders and back and keeps the pain in check. When I first started going to Emily, I was using a cane due to knee pain. The acupuncture sessions have dealt with the pain issue and I am now able to walk freely. I highly recommend Innovate Health and Wellness.

I have been receiving acupuncture treatments from Emily and they have really helped the pain in my knee. She is now working on arthritic pain in my wrists and hands and hopefully the results will be as successful. I appreciate Emily’s professional, caring manner.
