We got a Tesla Powerwall 3 installed by Innovate Energy at our place near Batemans Bay. We had got a couple of quotes and theirs was a fair bit cheaper than the other one. I dealt with Kane in sales who was very responsive to my queries and proactive in organising our installation. Innovate Energy were flexible about the installation date. Having already used Innovate Energy for my solar panel installation, it wasn't a hard choice to use them for my battery installation also. Again, the service was first rate, with the boys installing the new battery and hooking it up to the existing panels with no fuss whatsoever. Everything working perfectly. Great job to Kane and the team. Seamless solar panel installation. They were friendly, efficient, tidy and extremely professional. I would definitely recommend them to others.
We have used the Innovate team for our initial solar panels and then the addition of a battery and e-charger. Speaking with Kane was great, he helped us to organise what options were available for our needs and household. He was easy to talk to and responsive to any questions we had through both set ups. The install team were great! They kept us updated every step of the way and were able to answer any onsite questions we had. I would highly recommend the team at Innovate.
