I love the adult day program, im very comfortable there. Staff and drivers are so helpful, the food is hot and taste good, I love their ice tea, and I love everyone in the clinic, especially dr Bailey

My mother has been a participant of PACE since Dec of 2024. She enjoys coming to PACE to the memory care activity room. The issue I have with PACE is the communication. The In Home Manager needs to improve on her people skills, Next, when requesting for your love one ISP or Mychart, you may have to visit the center to get the items you are requesting. I’m a family member of one of your participants. My mother has been attending the pace program since January 2024. When she first started attending pace she enjoyed it so much. But lately I do get a few complaints from her when she gets home. Such as breakfast being mediocre and cold most days. Lunch is pretty much the same complaint and not a lot of variety.
