I was led to believe by Applewood Our House in Golden that Innovage would be able to help me set up a Medicaid spend-down plan so my mother could qualify for assistance with housing. Unfortunately, that was not the case. After multiple phone calls and emails, I received no response. I eventually realized that their primary focus seemed to be enrolling people into their healthcare system and making money rather than helping families navigate Medicaid assistance. Very pleasant! Apologies for Polly my beagle/dachshund barky girl but she always has 2 cents to add. I'm happy to be enrolled!! It's a big deal for me.
I visited last week and was very impressed with the staff and activities. I'm impressed with the entertainment. Today I am seeing someone to coordinate my medicine for the pharmacy.
Great group of caring people to help out when we really need it.
Our experience working with Innovage has been great. We live in California and are looking to help a family member in Colorado to sign up with Innovage. Kristen and her team are amazing to work with. They are very responsive, knowledgeable and helpful. I would strongly recommend Innovage to anyone who qualifies.
