I got invited to a care plan meeting for tomorrow 4/16 but can't get in cause they require a two day notice and I only received the email today 4/15 and the staff was rude when I called looking for help, on top of all that they also never call back to give information about the two day notice. I have been waiting for this meeting for weeks and now I cant even get in, this is very frustrating and to be honest humiliating, I would not bring your loved ones here, if you hate them bring them here.
Do all locations require 2 day notice to see their parent or grand parents here. I used to go and do activities with my relative but now I'm supposed to give 2 day notice to go see my Mom.. Why??? Why 2 days.. What are y'all hiding?
They was very rude to me, I am trying to get information and they, from the lady next to the cafeteria to Kelly Potts... I just wanted info on this place and they was so rude.. They make it hard for family to do activities with their Grama/ Mom. :( Also my Mom requires a special diet and they didn't even care if my Mom ate. I've had some good and some bad experience here. I used to be able to go in all the time and do activities with my Mom and now they are requiring 2 days notice to go in.. ?? To do activities with my Mom.. has anyone experience this issue . 2 days notice to go in to see your parent???? Not to mention so many rude people in person and on the Phone. I will be posting my experience all over social media as well because this is nonsense
The experience that I've had has been amazing. I am very happy with all of the people that have visited my home in such a timely manner. I love them all and looking forward to becoming a patient at such a wonderful place!!!
