There is no communication from the staff and when someone has a outside appointments and the Out side Transportation does not any records of the participants having a outside appointments but on our Calendars it's shows the outside appointments and the C.N.A. talks down or critical of they're clothing and smells. The Saff's treats us like little children's

InnovAge is an excellent place for seniors who require a center of care and community. The staff, therapists, attendees, and employees are all incredibly happy and helpful. This day program care center is truly remarkable. It exudes a fresh and clean scent, and every time I visit, the beneficiaries appear joyful and enthusiastic.

Our family has had a very disappointing experience with InnovAge PACE Sacramento. I advocate for my parents, and we have experienced ongoing problems with communication, delayed responses, unanswered emails, referral issues, transportation concerns, and grievances not being addressed in a timely manner. When we ask for updates or documentation, we often do not receive clear answers. Some concerns have taken weeks or more than a month to receive any response, which is unacceptable when participants and families are relying on... read more
