DO NOT order from this store, I’ve been reluctant to order items due to the reviews, I’ve ordered small quantities ($12) a few times to see for myself, and had issues. Decided one more time to order a larger product, ($90). Ordered on a Friday 9th at 1:42pm, tracking label created Monday 12th, no movement in the pkg, so late Tuesday I contacted Solutions and Wednesday 14th, was told USPS was slow to update tracking, Thursday 15th, still no movement with the pkg, contacted Solutions again, was told USPS didn’t pick up package... read more
The WORST!! Paid in full via Amazon- order held at FEDEX asking for documentation. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM Innova Supply Inc. AGAIN!
I ordered an item through eBay from these guys... Seconds later I cancelled it because I put in the wrong address. They processed the order hours later anyhow... I called the company and the guy didn't care. I told him I'd be leaving negative feedback for the company and he didn't care.
I ordered from them online, and the pricing was great. The process got a little funky, but they responded really well. I was so impressed that I plan to visit their storefont next week when we are in Houston.
caveat emptor They sent me an expired product and then refused to refund me.
