The North Plains Village apartments is a cozy and safe place to live. Throughout the years, I have seen the landlord working to continuously improve and brighten up the property. The apartments are well maintained and include high quality appliances as well as flooring. The community here is also safe and quiet. I have enjoyed working with the landlord who is very responsive to tenants’ requests.

I've lived here for almost 2 years and love the apt. Sizable kitchen, hardwood floors, and a cozy porch perfect for a couple of chairs. Landlord responds to texts and emails quickly. Repairs are completed in a timely fashion. Complex is clean and quiet. Neighbors are friendly. A great place to call home.
We've lived all over the country and this is by far the best rental experience I've ever had. Honest and helpful landlord, reasonably priced apartment, and quick responses to any questions or requests. We're only leaving because of moving out of the area for a job. Could not recommend renting here any higher.
