It is going on our third year living here and it is a very nice place to live. It's quiet, clean, well kept. Manager is very responsive to issues. Apartment is nice size. Small porch for a couple of chairs. I highly recommend North Plains Village apts.
Very serene and clean environment. I stayed at North Plains Village for a year and I must say moving out was tough but I had to. It felt like home. Mrs Chang is very proactive and always there when the need be. Byron the maintenance man is amazing as well. Communication was clear and timely via emails and text. Give this place a chance and you won’t regret it. If I have to come back to Athens County, I’m coming back here.
The North Plains Village apartments is a cozy and safe place to live. Throughout the years, I have seen the landlord working to continuously improve and brighten up the property. The apartments are well maintained and include high quality appliances as well as flooring. The community here is also safe and quiet. I have enjoyed working with the landlord who is very responsive to tenants’ requests.
