I LOVE THIS PLACE. Every aspect of it has been leaps and bounds ahead of any other primary care practice I’ve used. From the spacious, welcoming, decidedly non-clinical-feeling waiting area, to the screens displaying photos and information about the providers’ lives outside of work, to the staff’s friendliness and helpfulness, to the efficiency of the practice’s systems, to the providers themselves, everything is five-star. the Madison office has always treated me great, managed my care and coordinated with my other doctors. The whole staff is always friendly , thorough and professional. Dr. Staples and his staff are awesome, I would highly recommend

The best primary care doctor’s office I have ever had. I have been a patient for a couple of years and feel much better because of their care. Their willingness to listen and navigate issues, compassion, and prompt service ensure a great visit every time. Dr Donahue is great, but his practitioner, NP Michelle Baggett, is the best. I hope they stay practicing together a long time.
