1. You can not get anyone on the phone at this location. Very frustrating. 2. They cancelled my appt due to not having my updated insurance on file. Lea said she sent a message on 3/12 but I only received an appointment confirmation text. On 3/12 I needed to reschedule my 3/17 appt to a different so I had been messaging back and forth with Jennifer and Amberly but they did not say anything about needing my updated insurance. I cannot say enough good things about this office and their providers. I personally see Michelle & Dr. Donahue, but I have seen Leah as well as Dr. Bowers and I believe Dr. Staples. If you are on the hunt for a primary care physician that will listen to your concerns, treat you with compassion, and has a STELLAR front office staff/nurses, this is the ONE!!! They are never losing my paperwork, referrals, or goofing anything up. I love this place beyond words.

We have had fantastic appointments on multiple occasions with different providers. Everyone is so nice, warm, inviting, and comforting…while providing professional care. Highly recommend!
This is the first primary care provider that actually listens to me and my concerns. And I'm 55! Being heard is so important to us old-ish people. My nurses and doctors are just wonderful human beings and are taking such good care of me. It was a little weird at first having everything automated, but I'm really starting to appreciate that it is such a good thing to have that email availability and a very open line of communication.
