I had my first appointment today and I was IMPRESSED! It felt like a concierge style clinic. Very quick check in process. The waiting room was pleasant and comfortable with water and coffee. The patient experience team was friendly and professional. Chelsea, my NP, was thorough, really listened and even took time to get to know me…asked what I enjoy doing. Shared about her family. Truly feel like I am HEARD at this office. I never feel rushed and Hunter Muzny CRNP and Dr. Staples show genuine concern about my health and continue to offer excellent medical treatment and guidance every visit. Appointments are punctual, check in is efficient and I appreciate the office attendant offering water and assistance upon arrival.
I went to my first appointment today at Innova Primary Care and I was more than impressed. The entire staff was super friendly and helpful. I met with the Nurse Practitioner (Hunter Munzy) that has been assigned to me and she was terrific. Hunter was very attentive and answered all of my questions. In addition, I met with my assigned Doctor (Dr. Logan Staples) and he was terrific as well.
