Very efficient office and very competent staff
Very thankful to have found this office! Everyone is very kind, the building feels spacious and lovely and they are quick and efficient while still making you feel cared for and not rush. Definitely recommend!
I saw Dr. Donahue for severe pain that was keeping me from working. Nobody bothered to look at my ER records or previous charts, and my actual symptoms were completely dismissed. Instead, they ordered tests for completely unrelated things and never followed up. Their patient portal was basically useless, leaving me waiting for weeks in agony and unable to earn a living while my chart just sat in limbo.
