I’m so glad I came to Cassie for an assessment after having my first baby! My doctor suggested to have an assessment even though I had no glaring issues technically, but I felt excessive tension. After just one appointment she helped me identify my issues and gave me a list of things to do regularly, and my goodness it’s helped so much already. I would recommend her to all my friends after childbirth, or even before so you’re prepared for what your specific situation may be. 100% worth it!
I can't recommend Cassie and the team enough. After having years of pelvic issues and several months of pelvic floor physiotherapy elsewhere I went to Cassie to get another opinion. She provided a relaxed and comfortable environment and provided recommendations in a way I understood. I noticed an IMMEDIATE difference just during the appointment. Friendly staff, welcoming space, comfortable experience.

I am a retired paramedic and came to Cassie and Tara for cervical physio before delicate eye surgery requiring me to lay face down .The issue was my neck muscular status and Tara went to work!! We teamed up and got ready for the surgery.I thank this team for their help and expertise and with the help of a loaned table all went as best as could be hoped for.
