I was referred here and everyone recommended I see Cassie. I came in for pelvic floor treatment not knowing what to expect, but Cassie made me feel comfortable right away and I can already tell this is going to be a really positive and beneficial experience!
An old knee injury had started to flare up again and stairs had become painful. I contacted Innova Phsiotherapy and was scheduled for a visit with Tara. She determined it was not the knee but the muscles in my hips. After just 2 sessions (and home exercises), my knee is great plus the on-going sciatica discomfort is just about non-existent. Can't say enough great things about Tara and Innova.
