Innova Performance is the best place to go in the northern rivers, if not Australia, for all your exercise and treatment needs. They offer a tremendously holistic approach with various assessment strategies and all the best equipment in order to best cater to your needs, whether it be training, injury rehab or treatment. The staff are highly experienced and great people to be around and talk to, would highly recommend.

I’ve seen a lot of different physio’s, chiropractors and other people to try and fix my shoulder and back problems and Alex is the only one that has fixed my issues. Alex is great, not just call in have your treatment and that’s it, he checks to see how it’s feeling and if the exercise he prescribed are working. Couldn’t recommend Alex highly enough.

Alex’s knowledge of athlete development, injury prevention, strength and conditioning is extensive. Utilising a range of techniques and therapies including assessment, ensures that he is able to prepare programs to support both recovery, strength and conditioning, targeted to the needs of the individual.
