I had my windshield replaced by Innova, and since then I have had repeated problems with the trim pieces on either side of the windshield blowing off. The last time this happened they only responded when I posted a negative review, which I later took down. Now a trim piece again became unattached and blew off (for the fourth time since they replaced the windshield.) They have yet to respond to my e-mail and phone messages. We had our windshield replaced 6+ months ago on our Toyota. They were quick, and the man who did the work explained everything very well and was very pleasant. I highly recommend them! Also the price was way lower than others.
