Extremely unprofessional. I placed an order in February 2026 and still no sign of the medicine (May 2026). Every time I call, the response I get is that we will email you about your order. No one has the courtesy to even respond. Seems like they have no idea about customer service. DO NOT ORDER from this company because they will take your order and then forget about you.

When you try to reach the accounting manager Heather M for 4 weeks you always get transferred to a different department but she never responds to phones calls or emails and you get rerouted back to customer service but they cannot answer billing questions. There should be a better system and as a manager Heather should be more available to answer inquiries and not pawn them off to different departments. How is someone from customer support or Cathy from HR supposed to aid with billing/accounting questions?

Toujours un excellent service au niveau des problèmes techniques. Un gros merci à Julien qui est toujours à l'écoute et arrive toujours à trouver ce qui ne fonctionne pas!

Unsatisfactory service and Support. Not very knowledgeable and get the general feeling they do not care and just want your money.
