West Vancouver location is disgusting dirty old & void of anything pleasant. Best example of working staff to maximum capacity with little regard for time for patient care. If u have a long infusion requirement there are no lay down beds & the chairs probably army surplus are super uncomfortable and never saw them being cleaned between patients. Found a bench outside clinic in common area hallway that was more comfortable than the circle jerk of IV patients lined up solely for increased max patients with less staff - never w... read more
The staff (Jessie and Graziel) took extra time and gave us lots of support as they worked out a prescription problem with my husband's appointment. Truly kind and professional young women. We are very grateful to them for all their help.
Staff seemed ok but the whole experience was terrible. Was not given proper/thorough instructions prior to the infusion which was the start of a not good experience. Poor communication (obviously), lack of accountability, uncaring attitudes, and quick to deny any responsibility. Very unprofessional.
