The staff (Jessie and Graziel) took extra time and gave us lots of support as they worked out a prescription problem with my husband's appointment. Truly kind and professional young women. We are very grateful to them for all their help.
Staff seemed ok but the whole experience was terrible. Was not given proper/thorough instructions prior to the infusion which was the start of a not good experience. Poor communication (obviously), lack of accountability, uncaring attitudes, and quick to deny any responsibility. Very unprofessional.
