The nurses are very kind and professional—nothing to complain about on that side. However, the scheduling team is very disappointing: they change appointments at the last minute, at their own convenience, cancel without proper notice, and sometimes confirm appointments without my consent. This lack of professionalism creates a lot of stress. I decided to stop my treatment with them because of this team.
