Horrible horrible experience. I found INNO SMOG check coupon online for $28.75 for smog check. I called to make sure it is for real, and the guy said come on in and I take care of you. Got there in 15mins and told him I just spoke with him and had a coupon. He gave me a form to fill out and sign. I noticed he wrote the price down as $69.75. I told him once again I had a coupon, then he crossed it out and wrote $28.75 on it. He added that I must pay cash or he would charge an additional $3 if I pay by credit card.
