I love this brand but after driving 3 hours from regional victoria l was more than a little annoyed when l arrived at Chadstone to find the Innisfree store no longer there. Why are the details on google still saying that the store is open????. So annoyed
I asked, 'excuse me, do you carry this range?' Staff, 'if you don't see it, thst mean it's out of stock.' She was rude and I will never return to this store.
Amazing customer service, and great high-quality products. I love the Green tea seed serum because it makes my skin so hydrating and glowy, and bright!
Always get amazing service here I’ve been to other stores and started making this store my designated one this year as the staff there always makes me feel so welcome Over Boxing Day I bought the wrong cream from the cherry blossom line (as there were 2 creams) and was anxious to return/exchange it at first however Alex who I think is the Store Manager explained the differences in the creams in a professional and patient manner and swapped it over for me no fuss no pain.
