I really appreciate the team at Innisfil Veterinary Hospital. I came in right at closing tonight with an emergency, and even though it was the end of their day, everyone was calm, helpful, and professional. The doctor on duty and the staff made a stressful situation a lot easier, and I’m genuinely grateful for their support.
BEWARE I strongly advise against using Innisfil Veterinary Clinic. I brought my dog there when she was delivering her puppies. The clinic assisted with the birth and tied off all the puppies’ umbilical cords. Unfortunately, all three puppies now have hernias that require surgery — a direct result of how the cords were handled. What’s worse is that the clinic is refusing to take any responsibility or offer help with the cost of surgery, despite being at fault. Please think twice before trusting this clinic with your pets.
